Your core functions will encompass visitor management, overseeing building deliveries, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, and providing light concierge services with a welcoming approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally greet tenants by name upon their entry and exit, enriching their sense of community.
- Oversee visitor management systems with attention to detail, ensuring guests are pre-registered and navigated to their destinations seamlessly.
- Engage in daily operational meetings to anticipate tenant needs and events, ensuring readiness.
- Efficiently manage the organization and delivery of tenant packages and courier services.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of building FAQs, readily sharing information about amenities and local community resources.
- Act as the primary contact for lobby activities and emergencies, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Ensure the lobby remains clean and inviting; report any facility or IT concerns through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to maintain accurate records of tenant preferences, enhancing personalized service.
- Uphold our core values and service standards in every interaction with tenants, guests, and partners, ensuring a consistent level of excellence.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with roles including valet, doorman, front desk, or reception services.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a polished appearance and adherence to uniform protocols.
- Proficient in computer operations and capable of navigating various software programs.
- Adept in communication, both oral and written, facilitating effective interactions with diverse audiences.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and managing physical tasks, such as lifting packages weighing at least 25 lbs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
